The Promenade
The promenade provides well manicured lawns to create picturesque outdoor event space that can accommodate up to 200 guests. The promenade is perfect for weddings, cocktail receptions, fundraisers or any other type of event that you can imagine and it offers stunning views of the Mansion and the City.
The Mansion
The Mansion with its parlors and ballroom provides multiple choices to suit the event space requirements for any type of event big or small.
“The Premiere” Ballroom & Convention Center
The Premiere is the perfect space for a wedding reception, corporate event, or gala. The chandeliers and finishes create a grand atmosphere. The Premiere has a seating capacity of 120.

The various parlors such as
– The Presidential Entrance Hall
– The Congressional Meeting Room
– The Diplomat Reception Room
– The State Dining Room
– The Excellency Drawing Room
